2. What we collect
When you sign up for early access via our website or via our Instagram/Facebook lead forms, we collect your name, WhatsApp/phone number, and optionally your email, locality in Bengaluru, your baby's age range, and the products you are interested in.
3. Why we collect it
To notify you when NestAgain launches, to tell you about product availability and offers, and to understand demand for products so we can plan our launch.
4. How we contact you
By WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or emailing us at nestagain.in@gmail.com.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run NestAgain (e.g. hosting, messaging tools) and with Meta when you submit a lead form on Facebook/Instagram, under Meta's own policies. We may disclose data if required by law.
6. Storage & security
We store data securely with reasonable safeguards and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing nestagain.in@gmail.com.
8. Children
We collect information from parents/guardians only. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
